Howdy, Blind Pigs!

The time has come to RSVP for the social event of the season--the BVBS Christmas party! Please join us from 6:00 until 10:00 on the evening of December 13th at 1502 Nantucket Dr in College Station. We'll share a delicious dinner, enjoy cocktails from Everett, team up to create a truly epic bottle share, steal each other's whiskey in the white elephant game, and celebrate the holiday season in style.

This year's theme is "Christmas Movies," and everyone is encouraged to dress like a character from their favorite holiday film. (That casts a pretty wide net...*coughDieHardcough*)

We'll be catering in the main dishes for dinner (smoked beef tenderloin and stuffed pork tenderloin!), and we'll have a family-style pot luck for appetizers, sides, and desserts. Please use this link to sign up for the pot luck, if you want to contribute.

If you want to participate in the white elephant gift exchange, please bring a reasonable bottle of whiskey, wrapped as a gift. You don't have to bring your Pappy, but this is not a good time to play a joke, either. Nobody wants to put a good bottle of whiskey into the gift exchange and go home with a jar of moonshine or a bucket of Fireball minis.

Please feel free to bring one or more bottles for the bottle share, too. In the past, we have had bottle shares that tested the strength of tables. I think we'd all like to see that continue.

For members, your yearly dues cover the cost of this party. For plus-ones, the ticket price is $50, payable at the time of RSVP. Unlike a monthly meeting, this is not a good time to introduce somebody new to BVBS. Please limit plus-ones to dates/spouses/significant others.
