Hello, Blind Pigs!

It's time once again for the social event of the winter season--the BVBS Christmas party! We'll gather once again at the super cool mid-century modern house we've used for the past few years, which is located at 2203 Sharon Drive in Bryan.

As always, BVBS members attend the party for free. Plus-ones are welcome; the fee is $50. Note that plus-ones for this occasion should be a date/significant other/spouse. This is not a good time to bring a buddy who is considering joining the club. Payment for plus-ones will be required online at the time of registration.

We'll have a bartender on site, the bottle share table in full effect, and a feast to rival any holiday spread. The main course for dinner will be provided by the club and cooked by Pitmaster Doug. If you'd like to participate in the whiskey white elephant gift exchange, bring a wrapped bottle and drop it off on the white elephant table when you arrive. We'll unwrap gifts, steal each other's bottles, and laugh when Chauncey gets stuck with a peated Scotch again. Note that this is not a gag gift situation. No Mellow Corn, please. If you participate in the white elephant, bring a bottle you'd be proud to share with friends. 

Parking at this venue can be tricky, since it's in a residential neighborhood. Please cross Esther Blvd and park along the stretch of Sharon Drive where there aren't houses. This will prevent conflicts with the neighbors. The following link will lead to a map. The committee has decided upon a "pajama party" theme, so if you've got some holiday PJs you'd like to wear, go for it!
